Climb Mt Tauhara and enjoy spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The trailhead is only a couple of minutes drive away.
Make day trips to places like Rotorua, Tauranga, Napier and the Waitomo Caves. Go snow skiing, hike the Tongariro Crossing, fish Lake Taupo, there are a myriad things to do, see and experience all so close to Taupo and Richlyn Country Homestead.
